Project Background

    During the 2017 Autumn Fair, Panasonic came to our booth and got in touch with Panasonic. Through communication and exchange, we learned that they were looking for a suitable tumble dryer processing manufacturer. At the exhibition, we also had a general understanding of the tumble dryers we produced. We wanted to further visit the factory for field inspections before cooperating.

Project Effect

    From the very beginning, this project has received attention from all of Jinhuan. Tumble dryers are products that have been launched for many years under the Panasonic electrical appliance category. Panasonic has very rich experience in process, technology, production and after-sales data. They found that there were still many problems with Panasonic's original products. Although they already had solutions, this time they just wanted to find a foundry that could execute them. When Panasonic visited our Jinhuan factory, they found that the technical problems they had always wanted to solve had been well solved in Jinhuan. They learned about our quality control and production management and clarified the initial cooperation.

Customer evaluation

    After reaching the cooperation, from the production of order prototypes, small batch trial production and large batch production, there are dedicated people to be responsible for the control of each link and the data of each experiment. Every time Jinhuan analyzes and discusses each recorded data with Panasonic, Panasonic truly feels Jinhuan's pursuit of product quality and recognizes Jinhuan's service. In each monthly communication, Jinhuan can not only respond in time, but also quickly propose solutions, which makes Panasonic feel that they have found a suitable partner. With the market's good reviews, Panasonic's monthly orders continue to increase. At present, the growth in Taiwan alone has exceeded 3 times, and it has also covered Southeast Asia, Oceania and other countries from Taiwan.
